We've posted a publicly-accessible build of our beta that you can download and use to get Quicken 2015 working again. "Our 17beta3 version of CrossOver in combination with the newest Patch we found it resolved the issue affecting some customers. Here is the response - BTW, I too, would like to say thank you to the Codeweavers support staff for helping with an issue not created by them! I got the same answer about installing and running the beta update for Crossover, but had not yet attempted it. Using the new Quicken and the procedure from the post will be my next step. The last entry in the thread under that version has a procedure that the author says makes everything work. I need for Quicken to be fully functional so I have ordered Quicken 2017. That did not work either as I get a fatal error as soon as I try to open the file. I updated Quicken on Linux with the Mondo patch and tried to use the file from Windows. My next idea was to install Quicken 2015 under Windows and create a Quicken ID, hoping that I could use the file from Windows to get past the prompt to create an ID on Linux. They did not cause the problem, and I am thankful for a workaround so I can at least open Quicken, but entering all of my transactions manually takes a lot of time. I get a message asking for my Intuit ID and then an error.Ĭodeweavers indicated that a new version with this problem fixed will be out in October. All of this worked fine and I can get into Quicken now but I cannot download information to update my accounts. I was instructed to download a Crossover 17 beta 3 file (presumably the same one referenced in a similar thread for Quicken 2017), install and launch, wait for it to update the bottles, and then reinstall Quicken.

I have submitted a support ticket and received a response.
